Our body system is always responsive.
Our body system always defensive...
Especially our brain who is the mastermind...
Feel and think great, our brain minds it...

Imagine 'happy visualizing'...
Our brain hears it and records it!
And orders our person to feel happy...
If only one understands its chemistry...

Likewise, if you dwell in sad memories...
Our brain hears it and records it!
And orders our person to feel sad...
If only one understands its chemistry...

Our brains are just responding...
To all those states of emotions...
Our brains are just ordering...
So why should we choose bad emotions?

Thus memories happy or sad...
Disturbs or promotes our well-being...
Thus dwelling and rehearsing memories so sad...
Will retard and reduce our well-being...

Dear folks,
Refrain from dwelling and repeating negatives...
You are actually afirming oneself to become sick...
Those are just sad memories and our brain doesn't know it!
But the effects are the same, and makes you more sick!

Vice-versa,
If we dwell and repeat great feelings...
You are actually affirming oneself to becoming healthier...
Those are just wonderful memories and our brain doesn't know it!
But the effects are the same, and makes you healthier!

Tell me, which one will you pick and reaffirm ourselves? Blame nobody, it is nobody's faults, don't complain. Other people's naggings will not depreciate your overall feelings if you are in full control...Be smart to understand and get the right things done!

"People don't have limited resources, they have limited states. Emotions or our state we are in determines our perception of reality and thus our decisions and behaviour. If we are fearful, bored, depressed/stressed on a consistent basis, we will not be able to access our resources to succeed"
by Anthony Robbins

limited - within limits
resources - abilities/skills
states - condition of our emotion/feelings.

The first sentence tells us that we humans have great potentials and skills/knowledge/power, but they are unstable in emotions and feelings.

perception of reality - how one feels towards life in reality
decisions - things
determines - results in

The second part of the sentence tells us that our emotional state or how we feel will affect and influence our actions/feelings towards life in reality and behave as provoked. Our emotional state or how we feel will clearly show our responses and ways towards everyday life. All activities will be very much influenced by how we feel.

fearful - frightened
consistent basis - continuing for a long period of time
access our resources - to put our potentials, skills and knowledge into good use/practise
to succeed - achieve one's goals and dreams

If we continue to remain negative and emotionally unstable for a long period of time, we will not be successful eventhough we have all the skills, knowledge or potentials that is found in everyone of us.

Read and digest well the meanings of the above phrase that Anthony Robbins wrote. It explains many things...about feelings and the state of emotion that we are in...and how it will affect our lives..

Visualizing helped me alot. At bedtime I used to visualize myself both physically and mentally in positive manner and it never allowed me to fail in my endeavors.
